Welcome to Oxford, Michigan Troop 366!!
We are a Troop of roughly 50 boys that love to do outside activities, mainly camping.
Our meetings are held at the Oxford
United Methodist Church on Tuesday's @ 7:00PM. The link is located at the top of this
homepage.
As an active troop, we participate in many events including;
- Summer Camp at Lost Lake, Cole Canoe Base, Camp Frontier, Gerber and Hiawatha
- Monthly campouts at Agawam, Metamora, and even Ohio's Wright
Patterson Air force base
As a scouting community, we are devoted to helping out the younger boys
achieve higher ranks in the trail to eagle, even if it is a simple act of
showing someone how to tie a knot, or demonstrate the proper way to honor
the colors.
The older scouts, through hours of work, are all trying to complete their
journey and earn the Eagle rank. So far, over many years, quite a few scouts have
joined this select group of individuals, and the troop hopes to see many
more reach this level. |
